1. Do you supply OEM service?

Yes, we can customize filter housing and filter elements for your special application, which totally follow your drawing, your demand, your Logo, etc.

2. Can I get the sample to check your quality?

Yes, directly contact our sales, they will discuss product details, recommend proper model and arrange sample for you.

3. Please advise if you can fabricate a strainer with stainless steel?

We manufacture strainers with a full range of material choices, including carbon, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel material.

For filter elements, media choices include cellulose, fiberglass, stainless steel wire mesh and sintered stainless steel felt.

4. Can you design strainer with the Inlet and outlet on the opposite side? Can you design strainer with the Inlet-down & outlet-up? Can you design strainer with inlet/outlet not in parallel?

Yes, TeFilter accepts all these non-standard projects that other strainer suppliers can't do or didn't want with small order.

5. Do you offer filtration solution with standard filter elements provided by most filter manufacturers?

Yes, standard filter elements will be convenient for end users to purchase and replace.

6. When we order a certain filter housing and filter element, is it 100% interchangeable with the original brand?

Yes, we have been manufacturing interchangeable replacement filter housing and filter elements for over 15 years. We know the structure and dimensions of more than 10,000 models of foreign manufacturers.

7. How to ensure and control filters quality?

Our advanced testing equipment and strict quality control standards make our filter housing and filter element conform to ISO9001. Also, filter housings can be built to international standards PED.

8. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are an integration of industry and trade. Our company is responsible for the export sales of the factory and our factory name is TeFilter Purification Equipment Co., LTD.

If necessary, we can provide the factory authorization letter.

9. Where do you purchase raw materials？

10. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

We have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and

11. If you can accept OEM or ODM , what is the quantity ?

We are a professional OEM manufacturer, we do not have MOQ for any products.

12. Unless the O ring , if you can produce the other shaped rubber ?

Yes! Just give us drawings or samples, we will adopt your requirements to design high-precision molds.

13. For standard sizes product, are they in stock and are the sizes available?

Yes. We have built up a complete inventory. We have sizes and molds for different standard systems in stock so that we can ship quickly.

After mold finished, We will make some samples for you to check as soon as we finish the mold.

We cooperate with professional logistics companies to provide express, air, land and sea transportation. We can solve the customer’s transportation and customs declaration requirements for you, and even help you clear customs home.
